Megafood Men's One Daily Multivitamin Review

This is my review for the Megafood Men’s One Daily Multivitamin. It’s a great supplement that I take every morning. I believe I started taking it in 2007.  It’s been very helpful as both an energizing agent and something that I use to keep brain fog at bay.

Overview and Who It’s For

This is a great supplement for men, from teenage years and beyond.

You can take it at any time of day, and on an empty stomach. I like the latter because it works well with intermittent fasting – I take the multivitamin when I wake up, and then work on things while skipping breakfast.  Watch out for the Men Over 40 and Women varieties, unless you need those. 😉

Key Ingredients

There are a lot of things in this multivitamin. You can find the standard stuff like vitamins A/B/C/D/E, but also things like Selenium and Manganese.  It also contains 15mg of zinc, another supplement I sometimes use.  There is also a “Food and Herb Blend” that separates it a bit from other multivitamins on the market.

Pill Specifics

-Bottle sizes: 30, 60, 72, or 90

-Pill size: 22mm long by 9mm wide at its widest point.

-Not hard to swallow. It’s kind of an oblong oval shape, which is better for swallowing than some of the fat spherical pills that have a bigger width.

Prices

-I usually aim to spend $.40/pill or less (before possible shipping costs). This comes out to $36 for a 90 count bottle, and $24 for a 60 count bottle. Bigger bottle sizes give you more bang for your buck.  The most I’d pay for a 90 count bottle is generally $45, but a lot of times you can find the product for less than that – especially on eBay.  For example, I just snapped a 90 count bottle for only $28 total (free shipping), which comes out to only $.31/pill.

Pros and Cons

Pros: Effective, natural, great ingredients. Eliminated my brain fog and makes me feel great!

Cons: More expensive than some other multivitamins (for good reason)

Ben’s Rating

9/10 – Highly Recommended!

Where to Buy

I usually get mine on eBay due to lower prices.
